When you blog, do you have a business-like purpose in mind or do you just want to expel out what’s on your mind?

In reality a blogger can be an entrepreneur but there’s a big difference in going as a straight blogger or a full time entrepreneur. Here in our web log in getting from rags to riches online, we do not follow the straight path of any of it. I know many bloggers are like us. We wish to earn money online but don’t consider ourselves as full time bloggers with no other purpose in mind but to earn money. We are in the middle. Or in the case of the image, we are the post. We hold both arrows together.

According to dictonary.com, a blogger is a person who keeps a Web log (blog) or publish an online diary while an entrepreneur is a person who organizes and manages any enterprise, esp. a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk.

A straight blogger is the one who blogs what he or she thinks. Since they are doing a diary of what they think about, most serious straight bloggers keep their thoughts hidden from public lest the incur the wraths of those people whom they secretly stab to death through their words or the people they secretly admire would somehow find out about it.

While on the other hand, an entrepreneur is someone who wants to build a business online. Take for example the affiliate marketers and even some known people with blogs like John Chow, Carl Ocab and the likes. They really have websites but they promote products and even instruct people on what to do about their online business because in turn, it provides them with business.

The post in between the image signifies someone in between. They talk about what they do everyday and people who like what they see and are interested in that thoughts visit their sites and provide them with income when they follow suit.
