Philippine Nursing Board Exam Passers November 2008

The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) released the complete list of passers last Friday showing a passing rate of 44.51 percent from the 88,649 nursing graduates who took the exam last Nov. 29-30, 2008. That’s a total of 39,455 passers.
The topnotcher for this board examination was Jovie Ann Alawas Decoyna of the Baguio Central University (BCU) with a score of 89 percent. The schools with 100% passing rate are Saint Paul University in Iloilo, the University of Saint Louis in Tuguegarao, Cagayan and the Foundation University in Dumaguete.

aww. congratulations to those who passed! just hope there’ll be lots of job vacancies for them =)
yeah we hope there will be lots of jobs for them too. otherwise there will be another batch of brain drain in the Philippines.
They need to be re-oriented to the career that they will be aspiring for. They don’t all need to go abroad, they just have to take their time and plan everything wisely.
