How do you SEO?

When you create a website or a blog, do you do it to let everyone know what you think or do you just keep it to yourself and to some of your closest friends? Do you create a diary or a web log (blog)? Do you want search engines to show your thoughts to the world or do you want to keep them private?
First let me answer my own questions. We want to let the world know of our journey from rags to riches online. We want to create a sort of diary since we’re talking about ourselves here. Lastly, we want search engines to know about what we think, what we went through and what we’re going to do.
What about you?
Search engines are getting more and more intelligent due to the continuous changing of formulas search engine companies use. So how can we attract more visitors coming from search engines? We do want to increase our traffic and not just from our own country. This is when search engine optimization comes into picture. Search engine optimization or more commonly known as SEO is the way a webmaster promotes his or her website. It basically means you adjust something on and to your website. Be it on page optimization or off page optimization.
Off-page optimization includes anything that has nothing to do with tweaking your website. Like submitting articles, link building, forum posting, social networking, submitting to directories and like i said basically anything that is outside of your website.
On the other hand, on-page optimization includes doing something on your website. Good meta tags, keywords, blogging platform, loading time, content and others.
So how to you SEO? Do you concentrate on off page or on page?
I guess you have done a great off-page SEO with this blog as you now have PR 3. My new blog don’t have any PR now. I hope it can have some, but I am not rushing, it still receives a lot of its traffic from the search engine.

Yes, I noticed that too. You should try to experiment or maybe read some tutorials on how to make you page load faster.

I do it the old fashioned way, by word of mouth, and let the search engines do what they are going to do anyways.
Absolutely a fact!
When you want your site to gain more visitors you need to go over its contents,keywords and meta tags..and make sure its search engine friendly.
